Happy Haiku: Fireworks

Happy Haiku!

Haiku
見上げって
夜空の花火
息がない

Romaji
Miagette
Yozora no hanabi
Iki ga nai

English Translation
Look up
Fireworks in the night sky
(Breathless)

– Nhan “Nhan-Fiction” Pham

Nhan-Fiction Note: Technically, there is a proper way to say “breathless” in Japanese, but it didn’t really fit the last haiku line’s beats. So what I put in its place would translate to something like, “there is not a breath,” which I guess would count as “breathless.”
